1. About Us

My Fur Baby is a UK-based brand selling premium, natural pet treats. Our products are sourced from trusted UK & EU farms and packaged in eco-friendly materials.

2. Ordering

When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted — acceptance occurs once payment is approved and we dispatch your goods.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock errors or suspicious activity).

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable). We accept payment via major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.

Prices may change without notice, but you’ll always pay what you see at checkout.

4. Delivery

We ship UK-wide via trusted partners. Delivery options, times, and costs are available on our Delivery & Returns page.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, strikes, weather, or force majeure.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our full Returns & Delivery Policy for how to return damaged or unwanted items.

Opened food products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days once approved.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. As these are natural treats, size, shape, and colour may vary.

Always supervise pets during feeding. Treats are not a substitute for a complete diet.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, text, images, designs) is the property of My Fur Baby and may not be copied, modified, or reused without permission.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions not disclosed at purchase
  • Misuse of treats outside recommended use
  • Loss or damage due to third-party services (e.g. delivery companies)

Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory consumer rights.
