Returns & Refunds

We want you (and your fur baby) to be completely happy with your order.

If something’s not right, here’s what to do:

✔️ Faulty or damaged items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Sales@myfurbaby.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or refund — no fuss.

✔️ Not satisfied?
If your pet doesn't love their treats, get in touch within 14 days. While we can't accept opened food items, we’ll work with you to make it right.

❌ We can’t accept returns on:

Opened or used treat bags

Products returned without prior contact

Orders outside our 14-day return window
